  We were transferred overseas on a week's notice for a temporary assignment that became permanent. When we finally accepted it was permanent and decided to sell in our absence, there was a tremendous amount of work to do, cleaning, tidying, clearing and repairing. It was an immense undertaking. Maggie and her team took on the entire vast assignment and engaged and managed a team to prepare the house for marketing in as short a time as possible. It was a major project management task, led graciously and efficiently by Maggie and her team. She had the challenge of selling an idiosyncratic house which we loved but lacked features many buyers wanted (it had gorgeous light and views BUT a large, private but hilly and hard to use garden, uncovered driveway, no garage, green carpets, and a warm feel but aged decor). She and her team staged the house to perfection, bringing out its many qualities and attracting a small number of buyers who were attracted to the same qualities that made us love this house so much. Her staging and presentation were masterful. She secured us a quick sale in an increasingly difficult Perth housing market. Maggie and her team's support to us did not diminish after the house was sold. She and her team helped us through the settlement process, even taking extra precautions to verify transfer details. She and her team graciously managed the final process of clearing and presenting the house for its new owners. She and her team even managed the sale of furniture, not easy in a time when many households are being disposed of. Throughout this entire process, Maggie and her team were unfailingly responsive, cheerful and professional. We cannot commend or thank her and her team more highly and will always be grateful to them. We are delighted our much loved home will again echo to the sounds of a family and children. Thank you Maggie, Patrick, Jo, Linda and everyone else who helped!

  What a lovely team of people. It was such a positive experience dealing with them. Everything they have done with us has been so professional and nothing was too much trouble. I love how they only have a small selection of the best quality houses in Roleystone and they then help with staging consultation to get the home ready for sale.

  Absolutely First class. If you want your home sold fast and with great service, go no further. Even with the depressed market sold in less than 3 weeks.
