Beautiful in winter and other months, however the summer months are hot. Be careful when it rains as the granite gets slippery when wet.

    Dog friendly. Lovely short walks.

The best access is from the boardwalk end. When I was a kid I used to catch julgies (little marron) I never ate one and probably wouldn’t now but it was good catch and release fun back in the day!

A hidden gem in the foothills of Perth. Lovely in Winter with the sound of rushing water makes for a great walk thru the vegetation.

Wonderful short hike alongside the running river, plenty of benches to stop at for a picnic, pet friendly, great place to relax and listen to nature, many native birds in the area, caution though as to gain access you need to walk down about 80 steep steps. Bring a water bottle as no water fountains.

A nice 400m bushwalking on a gravel path - can be slippery on slopes. The area needs some up keep. The picnic table is missing. The pool itself looks ok. Great for cooling your feet, but not for swimming or drinking. Car thief warning in car park.
