  There is no other builder I would trust. David has done a lot of work on my house over several years and we have always been thrilled with what he has done, his work ethic and his ability to get any tradie that is needed when he needed them. He renovated our house in three stages over three years as we could afford it, helped us repair the house after a bad termite infestation, built us a superb deck, and much more. Our home is wonderful and just what we wanted. We would always go to him first.

  From the first time Dave came to our house to give us a quote I knew we were in the right hands. We sort of had an idea of what house design we wanted but was not sure how to put it into paper, he straight away got his pencil and paper out and started drawing our ideas and making suggestions based on his experience. We were unsure about how we would go about getting finance but Dave ensured us he would be able to give us a fixed priced contract so help the banks get over the line, even during all the hoops we had to go through with the banks Dave was right there on our side helping us get documents across to them, he was very understanding during this tedious process. During the building process, Dave would always keep us updated and very involved in the process, we have built with bigger building companies where you are forced to speak to all different people depending on what stage you are up to with the build and most building companies don’t even let you/want you on site. Dave was not like this at all! We were able to choose were we got our tiles, floor covering, bathroom accessories from, we could choose if we wanted him to be charged directly or we could pay for them directly saving us money later on down the track. He was very flexible when it came to chopping and changing certain things, for example during them building our ensuite we decided we wanted little nooks to place our shower accessories in and he did it for us with no problem (you can forget about that ever happening with other bigger builders) Dave made the whole process as stress free as possible and would make suggestions to help us save to ensure we did not go over budget. We would and have recommend David J Willis Building to anyone looking to build any project big or small. Thank you Dave and the team for creating our beautiful forever home that has been designed and built to suit our needs!

  When Dave Willis arrived to discuss renovations with me I knew immediately that he was "the one". He understood exactly what I wanted and inspired me with ideas regarding how he could transform my home. He willingly answered all of my questions and even helped arrange alternate accommodation. The work done by him and his team was exceptional, they were all very helpful and committed to ensuring I got a result I was happy with. Dave was supportive and encouraging throughout the process even through the occasional moments of "decision fatigue". I am so happy with the end result, not only has the whole house been renovated but I have the added joy of a kitchen which clearly has the "wow factor" and is so very functional. I cannot recommend Dave Willis and his team strongly enough, they all did an excellent job and were lovely people to deal with.
