It's nice. There are a fair amount of tulips scattered about and the park's pretty. However, they definitely need better signposting inside to the car parks. It took me ages to find my car and there was no-one around to help. I was on my own and getting quite desperate at the end.

Beautiful garden and parklands. Ideal for a picnic for any age group. They have put much thought into catering for families with children. The elderly might find it a challenge to get to all the floral displays as much of it is up a hillside.

What a beautiful place. Been in Perth for years and never been there before. Flowers were absolutely stunning. Great information given on train ride about the history of the park.

Always enjoyed going back to this botanical park. If it's peak season and school holidays you need to be early to get the best spot in the park. If you go mid day cars are all lined up getting inside the park. Entrance fee depends on the season. You can ride the mini train for a fee so you can see the whole park. The train driver also serves as the tour guide as you go around the area. Snacks and hot food is available or one can bring their own food or even do a barbie. Flower seeds are planted by volunteers.
